HostedPCI offers 3 main packages to support all levels of business, each pricing package includes a certain number of transaction. For clients who go over the transactions that are included within their package, there will be an additional charge at a discounted/blended rate based on the total monthly volume. The cost per transaction starts at 12 cents and can go as low as 1 cent per transaction depending on the volume.

For IVR users there is a monthly fee of $55 per concurrent channel, we recommended 1-2 channels per 10 customer service representative. The more channels the less wait time.
